“Fireball” will be a new coaster for the 2020 season at Adventureland in New York. This is a “Rollerball” model medium size version coaster from Ride Engineers Switzerland. It will be the first of its kind in North America.

This ride will replace the Kiddie Carousel and Euro Bungee attractions. The coaster will bring Adventureland’s current coaster count to 3, and will be the park’s 9th ever coaster (including the powered coaster Sooper Jet).

I've ridden two of the three models in Europe – and overall, I'd say "meh". I wouldn't even put a capital letter or exclamation mark on that opinion.

I’m just excited my old home park is getting a new coaster and finally something very “outside of the box”. The park used to be known for several “outside of the box” ride decisions, but this is the first time (in my opinion) it’s happened since the installation of the Zierer “Crocodile Run” (now “Alfie’s Rescue Boats”) back in 2003.

I thought the coaster was pretty fun (more than I expected) when I rode in June. The light package is excellent as well. Got 4 rides on it - 2 in each direction, including 3 at night.
