If you consider all the coasters that ever existed, which park has/had the best collection? Consider all coasters every park has ever had (both operating and defunct parks).

I think possibly Kings Island is my answer. Great Adventure is a strong possibility, too.

I'd nominate Wiener Prater – every major portable Schwarzkopf has operated there over the years.
