Yeah, I was thinking the same. Do they not use the Zyklon anymore either? That hasn’t been there a few years. This ride list is pretty poor for such a big fair. Strates can do better.

I actually ended up going a couple of nights ago. I didn't ride anything, I just did the $5 spectator pass. Saw the animals, went to the petting zoo, watched the pig race, and saw the dinosaur show.

Midway was noticeably smaller than years past.

I wonder why they’ve been providing such smaller/poorer midways the past few years.

I never really thought of going to this fair just to experience some of the non rides stuff. With free parking as $5 admission, that would certainly be worth it for a night after work. Maybe next year I’ll do that, since it’s in between when the state fair and strawberry festivals are.
